Building with 24h doorman. It is possible to store luggage in the luggage compartment before Check-in and after Check-out.
The apartment has no parking space. Guests usually park in streets behind the building and on the beach crossings without difficulty. There is also a private parking on Xavier da Silveira street which is around the corner.
