Apartment located on Avenida Atlântica, on the Copacabana beachfront, near Post 5. It has a sea view among the trees and is located on the 2nd floor. The area is surrounded by bars, restaurants, markets and has easy access to the subway (Cantagalo Station).
The space is an apartment consisting of a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. It has 2 double beds and 1 sofa bed. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, desk for work, dining table with chairs, refrigerator, two-burner stove and basic kitchen utensils (pots, dishes and cutlery). We also provide bed linen and towels. It is a simple, functional and unpretentious property, with an excellent location and great value for money.

The building is old and has 24-hour concierge service. It is possible to store luggage in the concierge's luggage room before check-in and after check-out.
There is no parking space. Guests usually park in the public parking spaces provided by the city hall located behind the building or on the streets perpendicular to the beach. There is also a private parking lot on Xavier da Silveira street, on the corner.
We are not responsible for any instability in the internet signal, the collective TV antenna, or fluctuations resulting from failures of the service provider.
For hygiene reasons, we do not provide food items such as salt, sugar, olive oil, or similar products.
